- Step 1

First things first, lets do a simple diagnostics. This could either be an app issue or a hardware issue. We’re going to start with the easiest fix first, software/app issues. Let’s begin.
First, app issues are very easy to fix, if this is the case, first restart your iPhone by pressing and holding the power button and the volume up button till “Slide to Power Off” appears on the screen. Then proceed to factory reset your device so that all apps are deleted.
