7 Easy Steps To Screen Record on iPhone 11
How To Screen Record on iPhone 11
- Step 1
Unlock your iPhone and go into settings. If you don’t know where your settings are, look for an app icon on your screen that looks like “Gears”.

- Step 2
Find “Control Center”. Click on it and tap on “Customize Controls”
- Step 3
Tap on the plus icon, “+”, next to the “Screen Recording”
- Step 4
Swipe down from the upper-right corner of the screen to access the screen recording icon, which is looks like a “circle” or “bull-eye target”

- Step 5
Press the “circle icon”. If you want the microphone to record sound, turn the microphone on by pressing the microphone icon.
- Step 6
To start recording, press “Start Recording” and wait for the 3 second countdown for it to start.
- Step 7
To stop the recording, press “Stop Recording”
I followed your steps but when I try to tap the “Turn On Microphone”, no sound is not recording. What do I do now?
First things first, lets do a simple diagnostics. This could either be an app issue or a hardware issue. We’re going to start with the easiest fix first, software/app issues. Let’s begin.
First, app issues are very easy to fix, if this is the case, first restart your iPhone by pressing and holding the power button and the volume up button till “Slide to Power Off” appears on the screen. Once “Slide to Power Off” appears, release the power and volume up buttons and slide the “Slide to Power Off” from left to right, till the phone shuts off. Now power the phone back on again, by pressing the power button right side of the phone and try to do a screen recording again. Follow steps 1 through 7 above. If the problem still persists follow the next step below.
Next, if you’ve moved on to this part, then perhaps their is an app or multiple conflicting apps on the phone that are causing some conflicts with your phone. First, back everything up on iCloud. Then proceed to factory reset your device so that all apps are deleted. Once you’ve factory reset the device and went through setting up the phone again, do not download any of your apps yet – keep your App Library bare-bone for now. Once again, try to do a screen recording again and see if your microphone works. If this still hasn’t resolved anything, you’ll now need an iPhone 11 charging port replacement.

What? Why do I need a charging port replacement, if I have a microphone issue? With iPhones, microphones are attached directly to the charge port via a flex cable and many other iPhone components are attached to this flex cable as well.
So tell me … where can I get this iphone 11 charging port replacement then?
